Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jaiyah. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

Return Policy: You may return unworn, undamaged items with the original tags and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way may not be returned.

 

Refund Policy: We will refund the purchase price of the item(s) returned, less any 

shipping and handling fees, to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s). Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchange Policy: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at Returns@jaiyah.com to arrange for an exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

 

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Returns@jaiyah.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please package the item(s) securely and use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item(s) received were defective or incorrect. If the item(s) received were defective or incorrect, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

 

Damaged or Defective Items: If the item(s) received were damaged or defective, please contact us at Returns@jaiyah.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) for a replacement or refund. 

Changes to Return Policy: We may modify this return policy at any time, and any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our website after any changes to this return policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
